Acknowledgments
I want to give a special thanks to Oskar
from the Texas Chapter. He has shown a lot of effort reaching
out to all the state chapters and has been a great example
for all of us to keep the spirit alive and to network
together. While there are multiple chapters (International
and US), there is only one Zeitgeist Movement. We should
all work together and provide mutual aid. Thanks Oskar
for putting this principle into practice.
I also want to give special thanks to Christopher
(i.e. "Webfish" on the global forum). He has
used his creative talents to put together some graphics
in support of the movement. He has generously gifted the
Georgia Chapter with some of his work. Go check out the
new logo on the GA
Chapter Home Page to see an example. He has also offered
his talents to other chapters as well. It was Oskar from
the Texas Chapter who put me in touch with Webfish when
he learned I was looking for some graphics. So thanks
again to both of you for your help and support! If there
is anything I can do to return the favor, do not hesitate
to ask.
I also want to give thanks to Lacy for creating
a really awesome flyer
and banner
to use for spreading awareness of the movement in Georgia.
Excellent work Lacy!
Special thanks also goes to Sandra and Steven
for organizing the Z-Day 2009 event. If it wasn't for
you setting up that first event, this chapter may never
have formed. Thanks for that and for all your continued
support. We love you guys!
Thanks to the authors who contributed to
this issue. Your work is greatly appreciated.
Last but not least, I want to thank all
of the members who have offered their time and efforts
to come out to the monthly meetings. The internet is certainly
a great medium for communication but does not replace
the face-to-face dialog we have at our meetings. Thanks
every one of you for your support and participation. I
have consistently been impressed with the enthusiasm and
insight each one of you share. And I look forward to our
growth together as a chapter.
